Tired of waiting for your CACFP claim to be processed?

Your Sponsor's job is to ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement you are entitled too. This means painstakingly entering all of your Attendance and Meal Counts, each line item on your receipts, menus, and new children. Each month they must calculate your centers eligibility and classification to calculate the best reimbursement for your center. Once they are finished, they can submit your claim to the State. The State only processes claims at certain times of the month, and payments can be made up to 60 days later causing you to wait even longer.

Luckily, you can rely on FoodCore to get your funds quickly--as soon as your Sponsor calculates your amount.

Funds are available through FoodCore as soon as your reimbursement has been calculated in Minute Menu. Orders placed before noon will be mailed or processed the same day. Orders placed after noon will be mailed or processed the next Business Day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except for major holidays.  As soon as your Sponsor reviews and calculates your claim, you can receive your reimbursement BEFORE it is submitted to the State and BEFORE your Sponsor receives payment.
